I had a baby 4 months ago and when I had my doctor cut and then they pulled me into the bargain, so I had a lot of points. He told me that if I could not even touch the cut should be to contact him. I found myself with an infection and could not walk, sit or anything. He gave me painkillers and a gel that can stun the seams to be applied. I've also found that sitz baths very good work in helping with the pain. Even just fill the bathtub with enough warm water to the bottom cover is good. I would also talk to your doctor because you have an infection in May and I know how painful it can be.
Is everything better with time! I hope that everything works and not give up!

Good luck!

Breastfeeding:

Get the breast shields to protect your nipples touch his clothes, etc. I have myself and Medela is good at first when I wanted to tear my hair and give up!

Points:

Keep ice packs .. I wore a coat of ice and slide it open - the nurse gave me the idea and made it for a week! Sitz baths job too big - your doctor should also be a foam, the deaf, a little more until it heals!

Good luck and e-mail if you have any questions!

Hello. Congratulations on your new baby!

I do not know from personal experience or talk * * (I am 6 months pregnant with my first), but professionally speaking, since I work with DEP. Breastfeeding is very difficult at first. They feel a lot better in the next few days, but just do so. When your nipples are a little more get better on breastfeeding and your child to have used them, you will be much more natural feeling. If you think you are overloaded, even if your child eats, you can take a hot shower and express some of the milk that way. It'll get better. However, even if they keep trying, in the nursing not for everyone. I think you should keep for a few days. You should have a pediatrician for the child in the next few days (see right) And you can talk to him about this time.

With the stitches, I suggest you to your midwife, nurse and see if there are suggestions to help you with this.

You are a young mother, many changes. They do a great job with the small, even ifdifficult and painful time. Shop and see what gets better every day.

Make sure you and congratulations once again!

Well, I sympathize with the difficulty of being ... Learn to nurse lying on the side. It may seem a little practice, but it is incredibly easy if you're used to. Try to keep your child in a good mood, no stress.

Nipple pain is common, but should not be. In general, this means that your child is not locked on the right.

As with congestion, it is likely that the worst of times. You'll feel and the best way in a week. You're big now, simply because their milk was "on" but calm in a hurry, I promise.

In the meantime, try to express with his hand a little, or take a dip in a hot bath or shower - probably too few for him and the pressure.

Nuts bottle. Breastfeeding problems can be resolved easily, and I can not imagine a greater pain in the ass bottles. What do you do when you and I leaveu're longer than expected? Do not people have better things to do with their money does not buy formula? And a grandmother who was my child, "he said, apropos of nothing:" They are much nicer when they are breastfed. Certainly, they feel better, are smoother, but does not take place, the reactions of six million people in various forms for display here. Hey!

In early May, it is very difficult, especially when restoring from delivery. Points for pain, take ibuprofen or paracetamol, it is good to take during the feeding period. You can also use ice packs and use a bath seat and a bottle to keep the area clean.

For breast-feeding, hold on! Congestion will not last forever. It is only temporary, while the milk comes in fully, you can expect to go fast. Her nipples are sore ... Lanolin Oil tries to heal the tears and pain. This will improve once you installed shortly. It was initially difficult for me, but my daughter is now 9.5 months and have not yet been completed.

Good luck and congratulations on your baby!
