It is the sweet taste I'm sure. You will lose a lot of wood and charcoal, and other fruit flavors and aromas woodsugar. I am sure that the taste sweeter and "nice" is subjective. Give it a shot and let us know.
I think I tried this instead of black with a white label, personally.
