You probably have a trigger point in the scalene or Sternoclaidomastoid (SCM) muscles of the neck. A trigger point is a lump in the muscle. Consider consulting a therapist who specializes in trigger point therapy and myofascial release its fascia (a type of connective tissue) is likely to close. I have fibromyalgia, and muscle relaxants and pain kililers you do something for my chronic pain and trigger points - only the massage works for me. Also check - to the purchase of "The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook" by the author: "Clair Davies. It is a self-help book. Take care and good luck to you. ... TTFN :-)

They feel called by an acute pain, neck pain. This is not serious but can be very painful. Take the amount of pain medication error regularly throughout the day as indicated on the package, at least a week to get things. It is important, as normal as possible and should you move your shoulders relaxed. The pain tends to tighten the muscles in the upper shoulder, but this can lead to more pain in the neck and compression joints. The movement is good for this problem, but it hurts, because of tension or muscle spasms. Working as a tolerable range, and take painkillers. Good luck!
